02Data stored on your device
Everything you create in Fitora is stored locally on your phone and never transmitted to us:
- Profile details you enter — name, age, height, weight, fitness level, goal and gym split.
- Activity data — workouts, check-ins, streaks, hydration, personal records and body measurements.
- Photos you add to the AI Photo Coach — saved on the device only, never uploaded.
- Settings — theme, accent color and reminder times.
We operate no servers for this data and cannot see it. Deleting the app (or using Re-do Setup / reset options inside it) removes it.
03Advertising (Google AdMob)
Fitora shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information and identifiers, including the advertising ID on Android and, on iOS, attribution via Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork. This is the only data that leaves your device through Fitora, and it goes to Google — not to us. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps. You can reset or limit your advertising ID and personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
04Health data
If you enable syncing, Fitora reads steps and activity from, and writes workouts to, Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This data stays inside those systems and on your device. We never receive it, never share it, and never use health data for advertising or any other purpose. You can revoke access at any time in the Health / Health Connect settings, which also lets you delete the recorded data.
05Notifications
Workout and hydration reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.
06Sharing
Share cards (quotes, workouts, progress) are images generated on your device and shared only when you choose a target in your system share sheet. We never see what you share or with whom.
07Children
Fitora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
08Your choices & deletion
- Delete all app data by uninstalling the app, or reset from Profile → Re-do Setup.
- Manage health-data access and deletion in Apple Health / Health Connect.
- Reset or limit your advertising ID in device settings.

09Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
